Beverly Depot is a passenger rail station on MBTA Commuter Rail's Newburyport/Rockport Line.[1] Beverly Depot is one of five such stations in the city of Beverly, Massachusetts, and is located on the western edge of downtown Beverly.
The former station house was built in 1897 by the Boston and Maine Railroad[2] and has been converted into the Beverly Depot Restaurant.
As of 2008[update], there are 32 commuter-rail departures to Boston each weekday, the most out of any of the MBTA stations outside of Boston.
